Made in small batches in a converted shipping container near Cardiff, Evan Jones’s ceramics are rooted in the landscape and community of South Wales. Since helping to build a wood-fired kiln in 2024, he has continued to develop his own glazes and explore the possibilities of wood firing. Working with stoneware clay and handmade slips, each piece carries its own marks of making.
The cups stack beautifully, taking on a more sculptural presence, but are designed for everyday use, made to be held, used and enjoyed.
